How do you like Le Germain Hotel Ottawa?
I recently moved to Ottawa and love it. The city is beautiful; little by little, I’m walking across the city like a tourist.
As for the hotel, I shouldn’t say it, out of our 18 hotels in Canada, it’s one I prefer. It’s beautiful, and the views are wonderful.
What makes the hotel special?
I think the design of the hotel and the views from it. But what makes the difference for me is the people that work here. We want people to feel welcome and comfortable – and enjoy their time with us. It’s really important for us and what makes the difference.
Can you tell me about the staff?
We had a couple of hard years. But now, we have a brand-new team, including myself. It’s nice to start that new chapter.
Le Germain Hotel Ottawa is one of only two hotels in North and Eastern Ontario that won the Diamond Award in 2022. How would you describe the hotel?
It’s a must-see, and if you’re coming from out of town, you will want to stop by.
